October Graduation Ceremony...
On October 1, 2011 Jeff and I graduated to our next belts. My testing was in front of a panel of instructors the previous weekend and Jeff's was during class.
I had to put this picture in as it was so cool. This one of the moves during the strength building form Jeff performed at the graduation.
Jeff receiving his 5th stripe. This is the final stripe in the brown belt rank.
I received my black belt recommended. The instructors let me know that this is when the training gets more intense. I'm more excited than intimidated.
