Pinewood Derby 2009

The Derby was again held at Shorebird Park by our cubmasters house.

All the boys cars weighed, signed in, and lined up ready to go.

Dee showing off his car. He modeled it after Speed Racer. For those of you that don't remember Speed Racer was a cartoon back in the 1970's and a movie a couple years ago.

This is the track we used to race the cars.

One of the heats Dee was in. I think he ended up winning but I can't remember.

An axillary race between Dee and Dad.

Our potluck after the race was great. We had lots of great food!
