I made Chicken Picata tonight. My son was less than pleased with it saying it "had a funny taste." I thought it was good but my hubby said it was missing something. The guys picked rice as the starch though it tasted fine I probably would have picked something else. Perhaps next time I'll serve it with long pasta and a salad with a lemon vinaigrette. Definitely will need to have a nice chocolate dessert.
